For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

IMPORTANT NOTE This chocolate product is very sensitive to the heat. Although we do add an ice pack, it cannot ship when temperatures are above 85 degrees. Please do not order this product if temperatures at your destination is in this range. We cannot ship it in these conditions as it is more likely to arrive melted (Please do not order during summer to ship to FL, TX, AZ, GA, AL, MS…)
